Buying a family home and rental property can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and market knowledge made the entire process feel seamless. She was always proactive, kept us informed at every step, and advocated for us throughout. I would absolutely recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy or sell, she crushed it.

  • Buyers, Vail

    Miami Investor

We recently purchased a condo in Vail and Emily was simply amazing! From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She knows the Vail market inside and out and walked us through every detail of the process. She’s extremely analytical and gave us all the tools we needed to make well-informed decisions. Overall, she’s just a wonderful agent and someone I’d wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a home in the area.

  • Buyer, Avon

    Local Buyer in Wildridge

Emily assisted in every detail of this purchase. She worked diligently to answer all of my questions, thoughtfully researched the obscure ones, and was always available to take calls in the late evenings and on weekends. I feel as though Emily has become a good friend throughout this process, which is an added bonus to the purchase of our new home.

  • Buyer, Edwards

    Texas Buyer in Cordillera

I feel very fortunate to have Emily as my real estate advisor. She has proven throughout our relationship and my transaction that she is very knowledgeable of the Vail Valley real estate market and very hard working. She listened to what I was looking for and provided quality listings which met and exceeded my needs. She is also very accessible and responsive, even in the evenings and on weekends which is often most convenient for me. And her help did not end at closing. Not only is Emily quick to suggest contractors for projects I want to have done, but she is willing to meet with them and provide access to the property as this is not my primary home. Emily gets a 10 out of 10 and I will be recommending her to others!

Emily did a great job guiding the listing and sales process for our condo. She is conscientious, knowledgeable, and friendly. • Buyers, Vail Village

    Dallas Buyers

Professional. Knowledgeable. Persistent. Quick to respond. Emily helped us through every step of navigating the purchase of our dream location in Vail. She identified multiple choices and options and then worked to get us the best property for our needs. Our out-of-state closing was a breeze thanks to her. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for property in the Vail Valley area.

  • Buyers, EagleVail

    Denver Buyers

Emily helped us find and purchase a gorgeous home in Eagle-Vail. She listened carefully to what we wanted and ended up encouraging us to consider Eagle-Vail as opposed to Vail given the size of the home we were looking for and our price point. We are thrilled with our purchase! Emily was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process from finding the right home, negotiating with the other agent, and making sure closing went smoothly. And Emily has been a resource since we closed (in the summer of 2019) advising on various questions we've had about getting work done on the house. We HIGHLY recommend Emily!

  • Homeowner, West Vail

    Locals in Sandstone

Emily did an outstanding job in our search for a condo. She had excellent market knowledge and great communication skills. She efficiently arranged for us to view several properties and was able to research obscure title situations by consulting several experts specializing in investment and tax law.
